Hanuma Vihari is an Indian cricketer born on December 22, 1993, in Andhra Pradesh, India. He is a right-handed batsman and occasional off-spinner. Vihari made his first-class debut for Andhra in the year 2012 and has since then established himself as a reliable middle-order batsman. He made his international debut for the Indian cricket team in 2018 and has played in both Tests and One-Day Internationals (ODIs). He is known for his technique and patience, which have helped him succeed in the longer format of the game. Vihari has also played for the Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League (IPL). In 2019, he made headlines with his gritty batting performance in a Test match against Australia where he batted for over six hours and helped India secure a draw.
