BBL 2023-24 - Matt Quick takes on Adelaide Strikers captaincy

Matthew Quick, closing season’s participant of the event within the BBL, has been named Adelaide Strikers’ new captain.

Quick takes over completely from Travis Head having stood in for him closing season. He scored 458 runs and claimed 11 wickets within the 2022-23 version of the event and has since made his T20I and ODIs debut for Australia.
