ABOUT THE REPUBLIC BANK CARIBBEAN PREMIER LEAGUE:

First began in 2013, the Republic Financial institution Caribbean Premier League (CPL) is a franchise-based T20 structure cricket event that mixes two of essentially the most compelling facets of Caribbean lifestyles – dramatic cricket and a colourful Carnival setting. The printed and virtual viewership in 2022 used to be 721.8 million making it one of the crucial most-watched leagues in international cricket. Jamaica Tallawahs are the present Republic Financial institution CPL champions, and the opposite competing groups are Barbados Royals, Guyana Amazon Warriors, St Kitts & Nevis Patriots, Saint Lucia Kings and Trinbago Knight Riders.

The 2023 event will run from 16 August to 24 September.
